This notice explains what PondoPlus Advisory collects through the free assessment on this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, and, if you give them, your email address, location, occupation, income range, your answers about your current banking, and any note you write. We also keep a one-way keyed hash of your IP address for abuse prevention, never the address itself.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you about savings and loan options, and to prepare for that conversation. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing from other companies.

Your consent

I agree that PondoPlus Advisory may contact me regarding BPI Direct BanKo savings and loan products as an authorized agent.

How long we keep it

We keep your record while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) you may ask to see, correct, or delete the details we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent. Reply to any message from us to make a request.

How we protect it

Your answers travel over HTTPS, are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, and are readable only by authorised PondoPlus Advisory staff.
